Napra pontosan 10 évvel ezelőtt jelent meg a StarCraft II első fejezete, és a Blizzard azóta is folyamatosan fejlesztgeti ezt a már szinte retro játékot. Serénykednek a StarCraft 2 fejlesztői is, úgy látszik, a Heroes of the Storm mellett ebbe a játékba is bőven fektet erőforrást kedvenc játéktermelőnk.

Azért is jó ez, mert olyan ritkán adhatunk hírt ilyen minőségű tartalomról, hogy már-már azt hihetjük, a Blizzard kissé el is feledkezett az SC2-ről.

Besza-behu, jön a Starcraft Remastered. Már augusztusban is megírtuk , és két hete már holt biztos volt a dolog.

A mai napon maga Mike Morhaime jelentette be Koreában a Starcraft HD verzióját, ami nyáron fog megjelenni. Ez az eredeti játék újradolgozása lesz, a teljes kampánnyal és a Brood War kiegészítővel. Lesz benne frissített Battle.net social funkciókkal és javított meccskeresési mechanizmussal, 4K felbontás (!), LAN és 13 nyelven lesz elérhető.

Szóhoz sem jutok, talán nyáron megint csinálunk olyan LAN partykat a haverokkal mint 15 évvel ezelőtt.

Elég durva, hogy egy 19 éves játék még most is népszerű. A Starcraft pedig az, legalábbis Koreában.

A Sports Seoul kapott egy belső fülest, hogy a Blizzard most nyáron kiadja az eredeti Starcraft remastered verzióját: csilivili HD grafika és a modern időkhöz igazodva Battlenet-integráció lesznek a főbb pontok.

A játékmenet… nos, az marad a régi 🙂

Meg nem erősített források szerint a Blizzard idén felújítja régi Starcraft játékát , amely Dél-Koreában a mai napig a top10-ben van a legpopulárisabb játékok listáján (pontosabban jelenleg a 7-edik ).

Egy koreai lap értesülései szerint akár már Szeptemberben megtörténhet a bejelentés, és további részleteket tudhatunk majd meg a projektről Novemberben a Blizzconon.

A dolog lényege egyébként, hogy a Starcraft megtartja teljes játékmenetét, viszont nagyobb felbontást kap és egy teljesen új, modern felhasználói felületet.

Nade az apropó kivételesen nem Diablo lesz ami miatt billentyűzetet ragadtam: elstartolt ugyanis a fanmade “Starcraft MMO” bétája. A project 2011 magasságában indult, és a készítő Upheaval Arts azóta is keményen gyűri a kódot – látszólag a Blizzard sem igyekezett elkaszálni a dolgot, így jutottak el a srácok 2016 júliusára odáig, hogy mindenki számára elérhetővé teszik a béta buildet.

Nem régen jelent meg a Starcraft II legújabb frissítése a 3.4.0 patch . Ebben megtalálhatjuk a szokásos javításokat, bugfixeket és Co-op mission balansz változtatásokat is.

Ami viszont érdekes az az, hogy innentől a UI különböző felületein, például a profilon, a meccs összegző képernyőn és a ladderen is mutatni fogja a battle.net a játékosok MMR-jét, vagyis a M atch M aking R ating-jét.

Ezúttal nem HOTS-ról van szó amikor Abathur kerül a hírekbe, hanem eredeti univerzumáról a Starcraft II-ről.

Az új patch számos változtatást tartalmaz a ‘kampány játékosoknak’. Van egy új Co-op Mission, Lock and Load , a Temple of Unification pálya klónja amiben terület pontokat kell elfoglalni a küldetés teljesítéséhez.

Ugyan a StarCraft II nem tartozik épp a blog fő profiljába, de mindenféleképp meg kell említenünk, hogy megjelent a játék második, és egyben utolsó kiegészítője, a Legacy of the Void. Jó szórakozást kívánunk!

Adatbányászok megtalálták, mélyen a Blizzard fájljai között, a készülőben lévő és hamarosan megjelenő Starcraft 2 Legacy of the Void kiegészítő eredeti cinematic trailer videóját, amit még a megjelenésig nem akartak közzétenni.

Sokan panaszkodtak, hogy a nemrég kiadott videóban nem tűnik fel egyetlen nagy karakter sem. Nekik most nagy örömöt hozhat ezért az új videó, ugyanis visszatér benne Fenix!

Milyen is lenne egy Starcraft film?

Egyik régi vágyam, hogy a Frostshock ne csak MMO blog legyen, hanem teljes Blizzard játék blog. Ööö, plusz SWTOR, öööö, plusz minden más ami érdekel minket. Éppen ezért most Starcraft lesz a téma.

A következő rövid film gondolkoztatott el, főleg a közelgő Warcraft film kapcsán, hogy milyen is lenne egy Starcraft film, ha ilyesmi jutna a Blizzard eszébe. Bár a történelme nem annyira sokrétű, nem annyira kidolgozott, de a világ maga, a hősök, a frakciók, a fajok miatt megannyi lehetőség lenne benne egy jó filmre.

Napi Game of Thrones

Ez alkalommal Starcraft 2 köntösben, mert bizony az legutóbbi Game of Thrones epizód csak előkészítette azt az atomcsapást, ami a jövő héten jön.

StarCraft II eladások

A Blizzard jelentette, hogy a megjelenés utáni első két napban összesen kb. 1,1 millió darabot adtak el a StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarmból. Ez a szám magában foglalja a dobozos és az elektronikus eladásokat is. Érdekesség, hogy a Twitch-en is több mint 1 millióan kapcsolódtak be a streambe, volt olyan pillanat, hogy egyszerre 125000 ember nézte az adást. Gratulálunk!
