One of the biggest technical upgrades we made to the WoW Companion App for Shadowlands is the ability to support multiple expansions. We know it’s a feature many players have been asking for, and today we wanted to share some of the challenges and decisions involved in making this kind of large-scale tech change.

A LITTLE HISTORY The Companion App was originally designed to support one expansion: Legion. Leading up to Battle for Azeroth, we made the decision to prioritize several major back-end improvements, including the ability for the app to share code with the PC client, which allows us to take advantage of…

Burning Crusade: Mountok, petek, egyebek

Szeptember elején két cikket is kiadott a Blizzard arról, hogy milyen peteket, mountokt és achievementeket gyűjthetünk be a WoW első és második kiegészítőjéből. Elsőként jöjjön a Burning Crusade-es összefoglaló.

As the last of our ongoing series of articles featuring many of the collectibles in World of Warcraft, we’ve focused on the Burning Crusade. The fel-infused lands of Outland are waiting to be explored. There are a variety of ways to lay claim to these mounts, pets, and toys, whether it’s from battling pets in the wild, collecting specific currencies, or facing Illid…

és ha már szó volt a Burning Crusade gyűjtögetni valóiról, legyen szó a Wrath of the Lich King-ről is.

As a part of our ongoing series of articles featuring many of the collectibles in World of Warcraft, we’ve set our sights on Wrath of the Lich King. The frozen lands of Northrend are waiting to be plundered. There are a variety of ways to lay claim to these mounts, pets, and toys, whether it’s from defeating a rare boss, collecting specific currencies, or tilting at combatants in the ring, you’re sure to expand your stash of treasures.

Az Afterlives sorozat harmadik részében a Night Fae Covenant háttértörténetébe tekinthetünk be.

Within the forests of Ardenweald, keepers tend to their groves, caring for the Nature Spirits who await their rebirth. But as one keeper fights to protect his dying grove in a time of drought, he is faced with a terrible choice.

In seven weeks, brave heroes of Azeroth will venture into the Shadowlands to confront the forces of the mysterious Jailer and discover the nature of Warcraft’s afterlife. As our development shifts from implementation of new designs and content, towards polish and tuning of the world we have crafted, I would like to offer a roadmap for what to expect over the coming weeks on our Beta servers.

Introducing 9.0.2
